Program Refunds
LUYSA will grant a full refund less a $10 administration fee prior to the first session scheduled. Once the first session has occured, no refund will be issued. Please note that all refunds are by cheque and can take up to 8 weeks to be processed. Credit cards are not refunded. Thank you.
Volunteer Refunds
Volunteer fees must be paid at the beginning of each fall season and are refundable providing a member has dedicated a minimum of 4 hours volunteering in some capacity for LUYSA. Volunteer fees cannot be transfered from year to year. Refunds must be applied for each year and new fees must be charged each year. Click here to complete and submit the Volunteer Refund form.
