2010/11 Fall Waitlist in Effect August 1  

The 2010 / 2011 fall season registration is now closed.  We are accepting registrations for WAITLISTS ONLY.  In order to register for the waitlist, you must complete the online registration process.  At the end of the registration process, you must choose the Waitlist package and on the next page you will only have the option to choose cash payment.  Please click on cash as your payment type.  If you do not choose cash as the payment type and complete the process, your waitlist registration will be lost and you will not have a spot on the waitist. 

If your waitlist is cleared, you will be contacted and payment must occur at that time in order to confirm your spot.  Please do not send payment of any type until you receive a notification that your waitlist has cleared.  Thank you.

The U11 - U18 Fall Tryouts have occurred and all player pools have been announced.  All players must register now to confirm their spots!

2010/2011 Fall Registration Information

REGISTER NOW!  WAITLISTS BEGIN AUGUST 1ST.

The 2010/11 Fall Registration is now OPEN.  Click here to register.

NOTE:  LUYSA is using a new online registration program, Ramp Interactive.  All users must first create an account with Ramp.  Below are the instructions for creating a new account:

1. After arriving at the LUYSA/Ramp Interactive home page click on 'create an account' located in the top box.
2. Complete the information required and click on 'Signup Now' at the bottom of the page.
3. The system will automatically send you an email to the email address you provided when creating the account. 
4. Go to your email (the one you provided when creating your account) and download your new messages. 
5. Open the email message from Ramp.  It will ask you to click on a link to activate your account.  Please click on the link.  You should receive a message stating that your account is now activated.
6. Follow the instructions to proceed with registering online.

Once you have set up an account with Ramp, you will not have to do it again.  Use the email and password you entered when creating the account to login to the online registration system when you wish to register your child.  Click here for Ramp's registration manual

Mandatory Volunteer Fees - One Per Family (apply to the only or eldest child) 

LUYSA charges a $40 Mandatory Volunteer Fee per family that can be reimbursed upon completion of volunteer time (see details below under Volunteer Refunds).

Registering One Player with LUYSA

If registering only one child with LUYSA, you MUST choose the Registration Fee with Mandatory Volunteer Fee package.

Registering More Than One Player with LUYSA in the Same Season

When registering more than one child with LUYSA in the same season, choose the Registration Fee with Mandatory Volunteer Fee package for the eldest child only.  For the younger child(ren) choose the Registration Fee package.

PLEASE NOTE:  Volunteer fees will be monitored.  If you fail to choose the mandatory volunteer fee package in either case above, you will be charged.

Volunteer Refunds

Volunteer fees paid at the beginning of the fall season are refundable providing a member has dedicated a minimum of 4 hours volunteering in some capacity with LUYSA.  During the registration process, you will be asked to choose from a variety of volunteer opportunities.  The Director of Volunteers will advise you of volunteer opportunities and then monitor the activites.

To submit a Volunteer Refund from, go to www.luysa.com / Our club / Volunteers / Volunteer Form complete and submit.  Please note that all refunds are by cheque and can take up to 8 weeks to be processed.  Credit cards are not refunded.

U6, U7, U8, U9 and U10 Divisions (Mini's)

The fall season starts in early September and ends in March.  Players will be assigned to a team and will practice one night during the week with games usually on Saturdays.  Locations and times will not be available until late August.

U11 Division

Select 1A, 1B and 1C (pre-selected)

Players selected to this program must choose the registration package that states U11 Select 1A, 1B and 1C.  The fees are a combination of the registration base fee and the team academy fee.  See the examples below:

Select 2 (Silver) and 3 (Bronze) (pre-selected)

Players selected to the U11 Select 2 and 3 programs choose the following package:

U11 House

Players wishing to play U11 house may register now.  Choose one of the following packages when registering:

LUYSA U11 Boys 2010/11 Early Bird Registration Fee with Mandatory Volunteer Fee - one per family (apply to the only or eldest child)

U12 - 16 Gold (pre-selected)

Players selected to the U12 to U16 Gold teams must choose the GOLD package when registering.  The fees are a combination of the fall base registration fee and the team academy fee.  See examples below:

Third or More Child Registration Fee

For families with three or more children registering with LUYSA in the same season. To qualify, register the two eldest children first, then register the third or more child(ren). The third or more child rate is not applicable to Select A, Metro or Gold players.

New Players to LUYSA

All new players to LUYSA must submit the following:

1. Proof of Age Documentation (U6-U18)

*Birth certificate
*Citizenship papers
*Passport
*Sworn affidavit (i.e. letter from school principal verifying birth date)

NOTE: Care Cards are not acceptable

2. Headshot picture (U12-18)

Headshots are required for BCSA Player ID cards. Each team will take these photos of the players in late August and submit to the club registrar
